This page is a collection of my recipes for food, DIY cleaning, bath, and body products. It’s meant to be a quick reference, so it won’t go into the full details. For the full details, refer to the original post. I’ll continually add recipes as they come along so check back later!

Pasta:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and stir until it comes together. Place the dough on a smooth surface and knead for 5 minutes until it becomes very difficult to knead.
Form the dough into a ball and place it back in the bowl. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Start bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Divide the dough into 4 – 6 portions. Take one portion and flatten it with your hands. Starting with the widest setting on your machine (mine is 0), feed the dough through. Continue feeding the dough through thinner settings until you get to your desired thickness.
Next feed the sheet into the cutting rollers and set the cut pasta aside. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Cook for 2 – 3 minutes according to how al dente like your pasta and enjoy!
